Transport Supervisor – Afternoon Shift

Looking for a hands-on transport allocator or supervisor ready to take the next step in a supportive and well-established operation. This is an afternoon-based role where you’ll oversee driver allocation and provide operational coverage after standard hours.

Working across a tight-knit, long-tenured driver base, you’ll bring confidence, people skills and practical thinking to keep things moving. You’ll be the key decision-maker, supported by clear systems and a collaborative broader team during the day.

The Role Includes

• Allocating 8–10 drivers
• Supporting basic fleet functions and GPS monitoring
• Entering timesheets and light administrative tasks
• Being the point of contact from late afternoon onwards
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years in Transport Supervision
• Experience working with drivers and transport operations
• Confident communicator – able to give direction and also have a laugh
• Solid Excel and technical skills
• Comfortable being the go-to after 5pm
