Product Owner – Carrier & Customer Integration

Sydney, hybrid – 3 days in office | $140k–$150k + 16% bonus

We’re hiring a Product Owner to lead the development and improvement of customer and carrier-facing applications used across a national transport logistics network. This is a people-focused role that requires excellent communication, strong stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of transport integrations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own smaller but critical applications in the transport ecosystem – such as customer/carrier integration tools, uniform ordering, and pallet management
  • Be the face of tech to external carriers and customers, helping them navigate integration processes
  • Run regular meetings with carriers and partners to clarify data mapping and field requirements
  • Balance what customers want with what the platform and standards allow – ensuring all solutions align with broader business needs
  • Handle expectations, mediate conflicts, and guide carriers through change management with empathy and clarity
  • Work with internal squads to scope, deliver, and communicate application updates and improvements


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in product, systems analysis, or integration delivery within logistics, supply chain, or B2B environments
  • Able to interpret technical specs and explain field mappings and data flows to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills – personable, calm under pressure, and able to mediate customer needs and internal constraints
  • A natural problem solver and relationship builder who can balance structure with flexibility
  • Comfortable working across agile delivery with strong execution focus
