We are looking for an HR Generalist to join the organisation’s People, Culture & Capability team and play a key role in shaping a positive and high-performing workplace. We're looking for an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to provide expert advice across the full spectrum of human resources, including recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
In this role, you'll lead HR initiatives, support organisational strategy, and partner with stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes. You’ll also guide and support a People & Culture Officer while helping to implement projects and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
At least 4 years’ experience in a broad HR role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence managing priorities in a dynamic environment
A proactive and collaborative approach to partnering with leaders
Knowledge of HR legislation and public sector frameworks

- Provide comprehensive advice across HR matters, including performance, development, and policy application
- Lead the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Partner with leaders and employees to build trusted, collaborative relationships
- Support recruitment and selection, workforce planning and change initiatives
- Deliver PCC projects and contribute to strategic and operational planning
- Supervise and guide the People and Culture Officer
At least 4 years’ experience in a broad HR role
