- Conveniently located In the heart of Brisbane CBD & accessible by public transport
- Multiple temporary positions available, offering full-Time Hours on a 6 month contract (likely to be extended)
- Paying $37.86 per + super
- Numerous start dates now available with the first start date commencing in August
- Monday - Friday scheduled roster provided in advance
- scheduled hours are between 8am-8pm (applicants must be available during this time period)
- Extensive training provided (class room style training followed by supervised 'on the job' training)
- Hybrid work arrangement including 4 days working from home and 1 day in the office per week. (This arrangement only comes into play once training is complete and performance is deemed suitable by your leader)

- Respond to inbound customer calls and email enquiries
- Deliver accurate and timely information
- Escalate complex issues when required
- Maintain accurate records across multiple systems
- Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Customer service experts that have a genuine passion for helping their customers
- Previous experience in a busy customer-focused role (contact centre experience a bonus!)
- Resilient, positive, and solution-focused - skills that are essential for this position!
- The ability to work autonomously as well as a team setting
- Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
- A Tech savvy approach when it comes to using a dual screen, multiple systems and a headset
- Available for the next 6 months (no leave or holidays planned)
- Applicants must have full working rights in Australia for atleast 6 months
- Applicants must have access to 100 points of ID and be able and willing to pass a criminal history check (cost covered by Randstad)
- Applicants must be able to pass a drug & alcohol check as apart of the onboarding process (cost covered by Randstad)
