As an Analyst within Client Management & Execution, you will work closely with C&IB Client Coverage, Markets and Products teams, as well as Legal, Treasury, Credit Risk and operations to drive business growth and deliver an excellent experience for customers.

In the role of Analyst, you will join the Client Management and Execution team that’s doubling down on working with speed.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Manage ongoing monitoring of the risk profile and compliance requirements of assigned client groups, ensuring portfolio hygiene is kept to a good standard.
  • Undertake financial and credit risk analysis for the preparation of new credit submissions and annual reviews of existing transactions.
  • Drive workflow management between Client Coverage, CME, Product Specialists, Credit and client support teams, including Lending Admin Services, to achieve a seamless client experience.
  • Attend client meetings where appropriate to support business outcomes and conduct research to develop sector expertise and awareness of market trends.
  • Maintain an ongoing awareness of NAB’s credit policy, credit and market risk and internal risk appetite.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Strong ability to understand and analyse financial statements.
  • Competency in financial modelling and strong credit and execution experience, including documentation.
  • Understanding of debt and financial markets products.
  • Whilst not essential, a knowledge of the Bank’s systems, procedures, products and services including prior experience with credit and compliance processes would be helpful.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to write credit submissions, annual reviews clearly and succinctly.
  • To be Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Business and preference to qualifications in law, finance, business or accounting.
