As a People & Culture Advisor, you will be a pivotal member of our People Advisory Team, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring a consistent and positive people experience. Working across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, you'll address HR-related queries, provide clarity on policies, and contribute to impactful projects that elevate our people experience.

  • Strong systems and technical capability (SuccessFactors experience is a plus!)
  • Maintain and apply continuous improvement to our People and Culture Hub (SharePoint) and information for our stakeholders
  • General knowledge of HR employment laws & regulatory requirements
  • Position management, processing of contracts and employee moves
  • Work on initiatives that will elevate the employee experience, applying a collaborative hands-on working style

To thrive in this role, you will have generalist HR experience and enjoy supporting day to day operational needs whilst working to deliver impactful projects that build our people experience and capability.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders
  • Continuous improvement and growth mindset
  • Working collaboratively is your “trademark” in a cross-functional team environment
  • Good communication skills and comfortable engaging with employees and leaders to inform and guide on policy or process
  • Experience using HRIS systems and enjoy working with new technology
