We work collaboratively with the Victorian State Government to ensure we fulfill regulatory requirements, deliver State projects and safeguard customer data. The Victorian State Government retains sole responsibility for road access, infrastructure and safety

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic Technology Operations team. About the Opportunity
The Test Lead -Experiences is responsible for leading the end-to-end testing function across customer-facing digital channels, including websites and mobile applications, within agile teams. This role ensures high-quality user experiences through the delivery of effective manual and automated test strategies that align with Agile delivery practices and digital product roadmaps.
Working closely with cross-functional delivery teams, product owners, designers, developers, and automation specialists, the Test Lead drives planning, execution, and reporting of functional, usability, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility testing. The role also mentors QA analysts and coordinates quality activities across delivery streams, ensuring testing is aligned to business and customer expectations
- Test Delivery: You'll lead test planning across web and mobile apps, defining scope and coverage based on user journeys and requirements. You develop repeatable test plans and ensure test environments are properly configured. You also manage manual and automated testing across devices and platforms to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: You'll provide leadership and daily guidance to testers on digital projects, mentoring junior analysts and supporting QA capability uplift. You work closely with product owners, developers, designers, and analysts to align testing with acceptance criteria, design intent, and business value.
- Continuous Improvement: You'll handle defect triage, share clear updates on risks and progress, and drive best practices in accessibility, responsive design, and automation. You stay current with new tech to strengthen testing frameworks.
About you
You're a seasoned testing professional with over five years' experience in software testing, including at least two years in a Test Lead role.
You bring strong expertise across web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android), with a deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards like WCAG 2.1.
You're well-versed in Agile delivery and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams. With hands-on experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, TestRail, or Zephyr, you effectively manage testing processes and defect tracking.
You lead by example in promoting ethical behaviour and integrity, actively supporting privacy, data security, fraud prevention, and a strong risk culture.
You're committed to continuous improvement-whether it's through test automation exposure, accessibility testing certifications, or working closely with UX/UI designers and Figma-based handoffs.
Your curiosity keeps you exploring emerging tools like Selenium, Appium, and BrowserStack, and you bring a proactive, quality-first mindset to every stage of delivery.
