- Day Shift - 6.00 AM to 2.00 PM Monday to Friday

About the role:
You will use your strong leadership and communication skills to develop a team that is focused on teamwork, accountability, responsibility and one that continually strives to develop and improve all aspects of the facility to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure that Line Operations are running smoothly
- Continually drive improvement in safety, quality, productivity, costs and achievement of production targets.
- Ensure that the team is appropriately resourced, trained and has the required skills
- Ensure line and equipment are in good working order
- Lead products and teams to deliver improvements to operational efficiency
- Work with Quality Assurance to implement and maintain Food Safety requirements
- Ensure work health and safety instructions, information and training are provided to team member
What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a Production environment in FMCG experience
- Previous experience leading automatic and manual lines in a fast-paced environment
- Sound understanding of GMP and HACCP principles
- Ability to coach and develop teams
- Superior time management skills
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Experience of SAP and Microsoft Excel desirable
