Production Supervisor

We are looking for a passionate person to lead a team of individuals within our production facility at Marsden Park.

• Day Shift - 6.00 AM to 2.00 PM Monday to Friday

About the role:

You will use your strong leadership and communication skills to develop a team that is focused on teamwork, accountability, responsibility and one that continually strives to develop and improve all aspects of the facility to achieve overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure that Line Operations are running smoothly
• Continually drive improvement in safety, quality, productivity, costs and achievement of production targets.
• Ensure that the team is appropriately resourced, trained and has the required skills
• Ensure line and equipment are in good working order
• Lead products and teams to deliver improvements to operational efficiency
• Work with Quality Assurance to implement and maintain Food Safety requirements
• Ensure work health and safety instructions, information and training are provided to team member

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in a Production environment in FMCG experience
• Previous experience leading automatic and manual lines in a fast-paced environment
• Sound understanding of GMP and HACCP principles
• Ability to coach and develop teams
• Superior time management skills
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Experience of SAP and Microsoft Excel desirable
