The Role And What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Claims Support Officer to be the first point of contact for our members during their initial first notice of loss. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others, communicates clearly, and can remain calm and empathetic under pressure.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include

  • Providing empathetic and professional support to members lodging a claim;
  • Setting up claims efficiently and accurately;
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with members and internal teams;
  • Building trust and rapport with members during a challenging time; and
  • Ensuring a seamless and supportive claims experience from the very first interaction.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities;
  • A natural ability to empathise and support others;
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service (essential);
  • Insurance experience (desirable);
  • No formal qualifications required—just the right mindset and a commitment to service excellence.
