About the Role
Support the FP&A Senior Finance Business Partners (SFBPs) with the process of management reporting, forecasting and budgeting across all icare’s Service Lines and Enabling Services to ensure variance against budgets are identified, understood and addressed.
Identify errors, inconsistencies and deliver process improvement in reporting, forecasting and budgeting.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as Finance Analyst you will:
- Support the SFBPs and business stakeholders by producing high quality internal management reports to enable effective business decision-making.
- Provide accurate information and assistance in managing financial performance.
- Work with the SFBPs to ensure that the forecasts and budgets are robust and accurate; and together with the SFBPs understand levers that are available to manage financial performance.
- Understand and be able to explain key drivers and top-down constraints when developing forecasts and budgets.
- Bespoke financial analytics and interrogation into financial information as required.
- Identify and put forward process improvements and solutions to issues which have been identified.
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant.
- Degree in Finance, Commerce or Economics and/or equivalent skills acquired through extensive practical experience.
