About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Corporate Property Specialist to join the supportive team on a 12 month fixed term, full-time basis.
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Property Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in managing Elders’ diverse property portfolio. Working closely with the Manager, Property & Facilities, you'll ensure the efficient leasing, acquisition, divestment and maintenance of our commercial and residential properties. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of property legislation, and a passion for delivering operational excellence in a corporate environment.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Property Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in managing Elders’ diverse property portfolio. Working closely with the Manager, Property & Facilities, you'll ensure the efficient leasing, acquisition, divestment and maintenance of our commercial and residential properties. This role is perfect for a proactive professional with strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of property legislation, and a passion for delivering operational excellence in a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage lease negotiations, renewals and documentation for commercial and residential properties, including engagement with landlords and third-party solicitors
- Maintain and update the Property Management System, SharePoint and related documentation
- Provide support for property acquisition, ownership, leasing, management and divestment decisions
- Liaise with key stakeholders across the business on property budgets, leases, maintenance and repairs
- Assist with premises relocation and "make good" processes, ensuring timely handbacks
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing property-related financial information to Group Finance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management, ideally within a corporate or commercial setting
- Sound knowledge of relevant property and leasing legislation
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence across a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline (essential); current driver’s licence (required)
