The Opportunity
Based at either Leichhardt (Sydney) or Brown Plains (Brisbane) office, we are seeking a Part time Relationship Manager to play a critical role in the onboarding and integration of new allied health providers. You will support successful recruitment, foster strong relationships, and help ensure that provider retention meets organisational goals through streamlined and supportive onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Practice & Patient Care
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions for optimal outcomes
  • Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation
Quality & Standards Oversight
  • Collaborate with the Quality team to align with industry regulations
  • Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to the development clinical policies and procedures
Leadership & Relationship Management
  • Mentor allied health professionals and act as a clinical quality leader
  • Work alongside business owners to support and improve clinical frameworks
  • Lead the onboarding experience for new providers to ensure smooth transitions
Professional Development & Education
  • Stay updated on the latest advances in physiotherapy and integrated care
  • Deliver training and development sessions to our allied health providers
  • Participate in workshops, seminars and conferences
Team Collaboration
  • Engage in interdisciplinary team discussions and case reviews
  • Foster holistic, patient-centred care by working across the networks
About You - Our Ideal Candidate
You bring a unique mix of business acumen and healthcare insight, with the ability to lead, support and connect effectively.
  • 5 + years of business management experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of quality care and clinical frameworks knowledge of quality care frameworks
  • Experience building or working within a clinical governance structures
  • A collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
