Based in Adelaide SA, this role is focused on delivering accurate, high-quality valuation reports promptly for a wide range of commercial assets. Excellent communication skills are required to ensuring efficient and effective outcomes for clients, while also driving business opportunities and consistently achieving personal annual targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining positive and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, with a strong operational focus on achieving optimal results and fostering long-term partnerships.

Opteon are seeking a motivated professional based in Adelaide who brings not only expert commercial valuation skills but also exceptional communication and business development abilities. You will also bring:
- A Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status and significant experience in the Commercial Valuation space
- A keen attention to detail, excellent report writing, and strong analytical skills
- Advanced communication and business development skills
- A solid local client network and a passion for ongoing professional growth
