The Role:

  • liaising with vendors, suppliers, service providers and external resources and monitoring contractual obligations and performance delivery

  • Liaise with supervisors

  • Liaise with the Administration department

  • Liaise with the Logical Construction department

  • Provide all paper work including maintenance sheets and reports in the required time and in the format specified to maintain the current minimum KPI’s

  • Take responsibility for your allocated site operation and performance

  • Keep all site documentation up to date due to any additions or changes you have made

  • Good knowledge of the setup and operation of the WebCTRL software program

  • Good knowledge and understanding of all hardware and software used by Logical Building including their specifications and limitations

  • Good knowledge of the WebCTRL capabilities and add-on programs

  • Keep your allocated sites up to date with the latest WebCTRL Updates

  • Providing accurate technical advice and information

  • Perform routine maintenance Visits

  • Perform routine performance maintenance visits

  • Perform warranty Visits (tuning alarm management)

  • Perform service call outs

  • Perform minor works jobs

  • Fault finding on communication networks

  • Fault finding of IT communications network issues

  • Quotations generate and follow up on faults equipment found during maintenance visits

  • Follow up on all faulty equipment / materials found during a service / maintenance visit

  • Be on the after-hours call out roster

  • Assist construction department if required

  • Installation of hardware equipment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

  • Good communication and written skills

  • Understand and follow all WHS procedures

  • Have a good understanding of HVAC systems, BMS systems and networking

  • An eye for detail and be able to solve problems methodically
