  • Delegating tasks to offshore onboarding and credentialing consultants, while ensuring the accuracy and consistency of their output.
  • Coordinating with external providers to complete necessary compliance checks and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Managing and coordinating contractor logistics, including booking travel arrangements such as flights, car hire, and accommodation for locum assignments.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system and ensuring data integrity.
  • Responding to requests promptly and efficiently to meet service expectations.
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
  • Assisting with regular reporting to track progress against operational goals.

About You

  • Proven relationship-building capabilities, with a track record of fostering strong professional connections.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and forward-thinking environment.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, work well under pressure, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong multitasking skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and calendar management.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or recruitment sectors is highly desirable.
