The Position- Cannon Hill Location
- Monday - Friday (09:00 am - 17:00 pm)
- Responsible for providing administration support to our portfolio of sites and are maintained to a high standard
- Perform site-specific service desk duties with clients ranging from Defence, Department of Education and Utilities
- Monday to Friday Role – working between the hours of 9 am -5:00 pm
- Entering customer service requests in relevant FM Software
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Perform Administrative duties involving reporting and general correspondence
- Provide high quality customer service
- You will preferably have experience working in a role with high volume, complex bookings/requests
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in the provision of superior customer service
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and initiative and hardworking
- A strong desire to work collaboratively within a team and ability to work autonomously
