The Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Reporting team partners with risk class subject matter experts to generate data-driven insights from Key Risk Indicators and elevate the ‘so what’ for key messages through excellent presentation and visualisation skills.
As a Manager, you will partner with subject matter experts across risk classes to extract meaningful insights from Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). Your ability to distil complex data into clear, actionable messages—supported by strong presentation and visualisation skills—will be key to influencing stakeholders. You’ll proactively engage with internal partners to plan, manage, and report on a schedule of deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with the NFR Systems team to identify opportunities and develop innovative reporting solutions that enhance our risk management capabilities.

What do I need?
- 5 years demonstrated experience in preparing Management Information to support decision making and focus attention on key insights (essential)
- Demonstrated experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI and Tableau to enable continuous monitoring (essential)
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Strong problem-solving skills to 'connect the dots' and identify reporting solutions
- A sound understanding of risk concepts, frameworks, policies, and procedures
