Director of Product | Engineering Excellence

Director of Product for Engineering Excellence, you will play a strategic role in enhancing developer experience, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring platform teams operate with a customer-centric (developer-first) mindset. You will develop initiatives such as establishing developer guilds to elicit and represent engineering needs and pain points, capture engineering sentiment, but also gather metrics from our tooling, that will help you understand what the biggest areas of focus should be. You will play a crucial role in capturing and nurturing Engineering innovations, transforming them into impactful, bank-wide offerings How we embrace and leverage AI for our engineers will be a critical aspect of this role.

What You Offer
