Frontend Developer

My client is a government organisation on the lookout for a motivated and dedicated Frontend Developer to join their team. It is an initial 12-month contract with 3 days required in their Brisbane office with an ASAP start.

Role/Skills

• Design, build, and test web-based applications using IDEs and development tools such as GIT, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Visual Studio Code, Microsoft Rush, and Storybook.js
• The applications will be developed in an Agile working environment and will require strong grasp of modern front-end development languages including Angular, HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Knockout.js and Stencil.js
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional communication abilities are of utmost importance to ensure deliverables are timely and meet their accessibility, technical and business standards.
• A solid understanding of http protocols, status codes, JavaScript promises, and REST API experience is highly regarded.
• A successful candidate will work independently or as part of a collaborative team with a high attention to detail to produce solutions through adaptability and a willingness to learn.
