Join a reputable national legal firm known for its collaborative, fast-paced culture and commitment to delivering outstanding service. The Canberra office is currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Operations Assistant to join its supportive Operations team on a full-time basis.

Your new role

  • Answer and allocate national overflow calls via the Cisco ARC system.
  • Professionally greet clients and manage meeting room bookings and setups.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and manage supplies (catering, stationery, kitchen).
  • Prepare and assist with food, coffee and beverages.
  • Handle incoming deliveries and distribute mail.
  • Provide general administrative support: photocopying, scanning, binding documents.
  • Coordinate couriers, liaise with building management and assist with IT hardware setup.
