The Role
Due to increased internal demand, our client has an exciting opportunity for an IT Admin & Asset Support Officer to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who wants exposure to IT operations and internal systems.
Typical Day
- Maintain and update IT asset records (e.g., warranties, finance status)
- Manage telephony system updates (user details, service changes)
- Track and tag spare devices (phones, tablets)
- Monitor and update stock of IT peripherals
- Support onboarding/offboarding of users, including device setup or returns
- Raise and receipt purchase orders
