About The Role
We're seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Golden Grove, SA. In this full-time role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—builders, resellers, and trade professionals—across phone, email, and face-to-face. This is a varied and fast-paced position that requires clear communication, confidence under pressure, and a genuine drive to provide outstanding service.
You'll be part of CSR's Exteriors business unit, working closely with Sales, Despatch, Inventory and other departments to ensure seamless delivery and support. No two days are the same, and you'll have the support of a tight-knit team that knows how to have each other's backs.

About The Role
We're seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Golden Grove, SA. In this full-time role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—builders, resellers, and trade professionals—across phone, email, and face-to-face. You'll be part of CSR's Exteriors business unit, working closely with Sales, Despatch, Inventory and other departments to ensure seamless delivery and support. No two days are the same, and you'll have the support of a tight-knit team that knows how to have each other's backs.
In This Role You Will;
- Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process quotes, orders, returns, and pricing changes using SAP and internal systems
- Monitor order fulfilment and stock availability, liaising with logistics and inventory teams
- Resolve customer issues and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Update and maintain customer, product, and pricing data via CRM and SAP
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and service outcomes
- Support showroom activity, including colour selection and customer coordination
- Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role in Building and Construction.
- Strong computer literacy—Excel, CRM, and SAP (or similar ERP)
- A calm, can-do attitude with the ability to handle pressure and solve problems effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across customer and internal interactions
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Bonus points for knowledge of logistics, inventory, or product selection processes
- Familiarity with Adelaide's metro area is an advantage
