About The Role

Are you a natural collaborator with a passion for delivering exceptional service and leading with purpose? As our Customer Projects Manager, you’ll take the lead on customer-focused projects—bringing together people, resources, and ideas to create meaningful outcomes. You’ll guide every stage of the project journey, from design and planning to delivery and completion, ensuring quality, care, and connection are at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Thoughtfully prepare customer and non-customer cost estimates with clarity and care.
• Monitor financial performance with regular, insightful reporting—keeping an eye on progress and proactively addressing challenges.
• Support and uplift your project team, offering guidance and encouragement as they bring plans to life.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with customers, service providers, and stakeholders—ensuring everyone feels heard and aligned.
• Provide clear, accurate technical information to support customer needs.
• Ensure project scopes are well-defined and aligned with expectations and agreements.
• Design high level, reliable electrical distribution systems with precision and purpose.
• Close out projects efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal work in progress.
  
  

About You

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of electrical distribution and customer connection.
• You’re confident in tendering and contract administration, with a keen eye for detail.
• You’re an experienced project manager who thrives in a collaborative, people-first environment.
• You lead with empathy, communicate with clarity, and are driven by a desire to make a positive impact.
