About The Role

You will support the Cancer services Clinical Trial and Investigational Medicines used at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne including dispensing, drug accountability and preparation. The focus for this position will be to support clinical trials conducted by the haematology and oncology units.

  • Dispensing, drug accountability and preparation
  • Clinical trial training, quality improvement and quality assurance
  • Provide clinical research knowledge & support within the pharmacy
  • Assist billing and finance reporting for clinical trials under the supervision of the senior cancer trials pharmacist

Classifications for this position will range from SX2 - SX5 ($94,478.80 - $106,906.80 per annum).

Your Contribution

  • AHPRA registered pharmacist
  • Clinical trials experience essential
  • Cancer pharmacy experience preferred
  • Current Nationally coordinated criminal history check, or willing to obtain

St Vincent’s Hospital Pharmacy Department pharmacy services are decentralised, and are provided from several satellite pharmacies located in patient treatment areas. We provide pharmacy services to inpatients, outpatients and correctional facilities. The pharmacist is a member of the multidisciplinary health care team which delivers care in a patient focused manner.
