CSL Behring has an exciting opportunity for Senior Filling Support Technician and Aseptic filling Technician to join our dynamic team in our manufacturing function (Turner Filling Facility) at CSL Behring. Based at Broadmeadows and reporting to the Filling team leader, you will follow established manufacturing process and operations in accordance with the registered process and in compliance with the current GMP regulations and guidelines.
The Senior Filling Support Technician and Aseptic filling Technician is to assist in producing products of the right quality at the right cost and within the appropriate process cycle time, so the requirements of the Operational plan are met.
These roles will be permanent fulltime opportunity.
Shift: Permanent afternoon shift (13:30 - 21:21Monday – Friday).

The Senior Filling Support Technician and Aseptic filling Technician is to assist in producing products of the right quality at the right cost and within the appropriate process cycle time, so the requirements of the Operational plan are met.

Shift: Permanent afternoon shift (13:30 - 21:21Monday – Friday).
The Role
- Execute production activities to meet the Master Production Schedule and forecasted demand, ensuring daily/weekly filling schedules are met efficiently and on time.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues, support process improvements, and suggest documentation updates to maintain compliance.
- Maintain GMP training, follow safety standards, and uphold good housekeeping practices.
- Complete tasks aligned with business KPIs (Quality, HS&E, efficiency) and assist in implementing corrective actions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of manufacturing activities and inventory control.
- Ensure accurate, timely batch documentation and maintain a clean, compliant manufacturing environment.
- Preferred tertiary qualification in science/engineering.
- Experience in aseptic processing and line management in pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Skilled in manufacturing and quality systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of cGMP and aseptic processing.
- High attention to detail and adherence to controlled processes.
