What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the trusted technical voice between Jemena and our service delivery partners.
- Provide thoughtful technical reviews of customer-initiated projects on the JEN network.
- Lead with clarity in contract and commercial management, ensuring alignment with Jemena’s values and standards.
- Champion process integrity, reviewing and signing off on key operational decisions.
- Build genuine relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive efficiency and forward-thinking outcomes.
- A strong grasp of SAP.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end CIC process.
- Experience in electricity infrastructure projects and the energy market landscape.
- A collaborative mindset with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- A natural ability to solve problems, manage complexity, and navigate layered stakeholder environments.
- A passion for continuous improvement and a sharp eye for commercial detail.
- You hold commercial or technical qualifications and bring real-world experience in the utilities sector.
- You understand the needs and preferences of energy customers; you care about delivering value.
- You’re familiar with industry standards, construction methodologies and the evolving energy landscape.
- You lead with empathy, think strategically and thrive in a team that values integrity, inclusion, and innovation.
