About The Role
As a People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing workforce strategy, leading key people initiatives, and driving cultural alignment across your portfolio. You will lead and develop a team of People Advisors, influencing workplace culture, leadership capability, and employee engagement across Aruma.
Your work will shape how we support our people to be their best — so they, in turn, can deliver great outcomes for the people we support.

About The Role

- Partner with senior leaders to implement Aruma’s People Plan and drive strategic priorities.
- Lead and coach a team of People professionals to deliver operational excellence.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, workforce planning, organisational change, and performance management.
- Influence and support leadership capability, culture development, and team effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industrial instruments, HR policies, and legislative requirements.
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing workforce strategy, leading key people initiatives, and driving cultural alignment across your portfolio
You’re a confident and collaborative HR leader who brings a combination of strategic thinking and operational know-how. You’re comfortable navigating complexity and influencing at all levels of the organisation.
To Be Successful, You Will Have
- Degree qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline or related experience
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in generalist HR roles, including senior advisory or partnering roles.
- Demonstrated experience coaching senior leaders and managing ER/IR issues.
- Strong understanding of contemporary people practices, legislation, and industrial instruments.
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to relationship building.
- A values-aligned, people-focused approach to leadership and problem solving.
