We are seeking a proactive and organised Residential Services Administration Assistant and Executive Support to assist the General Manager and leadership team in Residential Care. Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Process expense reports and manage billing inquiries in line with organisational policies.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents.
- Anticipate leadership team needs and provide proactive administrative support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and requests on behalf of the Residential Care team
- Organise and coordinate residential care meetings and events, including agenda preparation, minute-taking and tracking action items.
- A self-motivated and organised individual capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to professionalism and ethics.
- Resilience to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
