Our LEAD Management Trainee Program provides an accelerated journey for graduates to develop to their fullest potential and become our business leaders in the near future.

The journey:
Nurturing future leaders is pivotal to our success. Maersk’s LEAD program is designed to identify and develop young talents to become Maersk’s future leaders and top experts in Integrated Logistics and Supply Chain industry.
LEAD members will have plenty of tremendous opportunities to participate in worthwhile projects, deep dive into various functions of Maersk through well-planned rotations, and experience focused mentorship with Maersk’s Top Leaders in this 18-month program
Functions that you will be exposed to:
Sales- Find and develop new customers as well as ensuring commitment to the current customers. Increasing Company revenue by acquiring new business deals. Coordinating business deals globally. Developing and negotiating contracts with clients.
L&S- Develop logistics solutions and product to satisfy the customer’s needs (Warehouses, Transportation, Depot, etc.) Implement the new projects and onboarding new customers. Manage daily operations and ensure the quality of Maersk services.
Customer Experience- Manager the Service Delivery to our customers and ensure they get the full value of our integrated solutions.

Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (any discipline) with a good GPA
- Fresh graduates or have a maximum of 2-years working experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, drive to succeed, and proactive
- Customer Mindset, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about the Supply Chain industry
- Good spoken and written English
