About The Role

• Casual Registered Nurse – approximately 10 hours per week
• Based in our Burnie Office
  
  

Support people with disabilities by delivering safe, person-centred nursing care. Work closely with clients, families, and teams to drive health outcomes and uphold dignity, independence, and inclusion.

Duties

• Deliver direct clinical and personal care to clients
• Create and manage individual health support plans
• Train and credential support staff in health procedures
• Liaise with health providers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate records and monitor health needs
  
  

Skills & Experience

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with 2+ years’ experience
• Strong knowledge of disability-related health care
• Skilled in areas such as PEG, Catheter, and Wound Care
  
  

Other Requirements

• Valid full driver's licence
• NDIS Workers Screening Check
• First Aid & CPR
