Supply Chain Planner/Analyst

About The Role

Our client is the leading provider to the Building, Industrial, Water & Wastewater industries based in Hoppers Crossing.

Due to growth we're looking for someone with strong supply chain planning experience for a 12 month fixed term contract

You’ll be working alongside a supportive team and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager helping to manage customer relationships, streamline systems, and drive business efficiency whilst using Microsoft Dynamics

Please note that this role is a work-from-office only position

Microsoft Dynamics experience highly regarded

Your New Role

  • Monitor stock levels and lead times
  • Collaborate with suppliers
  • Analyze supply chain data for risks and improvements
  • Coordinate goods movement from suppliers to customers
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Manager, Project Managers, Engineers, and Field teams to align supply with business and operational needs
  • Provide demand plan summaries, KPI reports, and use of Microsoft Dynamics for scheduling, reporting, and inventory control
  • Ensure materials meet quality standards and assist procurement with cost analysis and supplier performance

Experience Required

  • Strong background in supply chain analysis and proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Clear communication, proactive problem-solving, excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work independently or as part of a team.
