Your new role

Play a key clinical leadership role as the Business Partner, Quality for Sacred Heart Community. Working within a Trauma-Informed setting, you will lead the delivery of a high-quality, effective improvement program that meets the standards of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Your day-to-day

As part of our Transformation and Performance Team, you will play a key role in supporting Sacred Heart Community to deliver strong clinical quality outcomes. Using your expertise in quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, you’ll help implement actions to progress SHM’s Provider Readiness Plan for the Strengthened Aged Care Standards.

You will lead and contribute to quality improvement projects and the development of best-practice, evidence-based care models. Your work will span projects and procedures, risk management, health and safety activities, and quality system improvements—while building trusted relationships with frontline staff and teams across the organisation.

We're looking for someone with

  • Strong experience in clinical quality in residential aged care setting and NDIS
    • including proven skills in compliance, audit, and quality reporting
  • Current AHPRA registration and Nursing (RN Div1) qualifications
  • Current NDIS check
  • Demonstrated policy and process improvement/project management skills
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and provide coaching and guidance as part of SHC's Clinical Leadership team
  • A flexible, creative, team player aligned with SHM’s values
