The Role
- Achieve sales and profit targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to confidently engage with customers.
- Establish new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones.
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service that aligns with the Mercedes-Benz brand.
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team.

- Goal-focused with a determined and results-driven mindset.
- Confident and enthusiastic with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is desirable due to the client base.
- Prior experience in sales or a similar customer-focused role.
- A team player who thrives in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
- Hold a current VIC driver’s licence.
