As a Senior Relationship Manager based in Dubbo, NSW, you'll manage relationships with industry leaders and innovate new ways to support large businesses with lending needs from $3M to $50M. This full-time role offers you the chance to make a real impact, with the backing of our dedicated Agribusiness team.

- Expertise in Agribusiness: You know the sector inside out.
- People Skills: You're a natural at building and maintaining relationships.
- Credit Skills: Strong in cashflow lending, balance sheet, and deal structuring.
- Business Development: Proven track record in acquiring new customers.
- Network: A well-established network of referral sources.
