Your role at St John of God Langmore Centre
You will be responsible for the primary representation of SJGHC Langmore Centre Consulting Suites in maintaining exceptional reception, switchboard and clerical duties to provide an efficient and timely administration service to our Consultants, Patients and all Stakeholders both internally and externally

The Position
- Computer skills in office packages – Genie Software.
- General Medical Receptionist duties.
- Booking Appointments.
- Invoicing and Receipting of accounts.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings.
- New patient coordination knowledge
- Take reasonable care of themselves and others.
- Not to interfere, bypass or misuse any system or equipment provided for health, safety and welfare purposes

We will offer you
- Salary: $37.22 to $38.27 per hour (includes casual 25% loading) plus 12% superannuation
- Casual position available.
