Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer- Residential Home Builder

$80,000 - $100,000 + Super (Depending on Experience)
Full-time | In-Office | Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Our client is a growing residential home builder, backed by a successful land development group, with a team of over 20 and a strong pipeline of ongoing projects. They are now seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to join their Bella Vista office.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and marketing, ideally within residential construction or a similar industry. You’ll play a key role in bringing the brand to life across brochures, digital, and social platforms while supporting wider marketing initiatives.
You’ll be working closely with the in-house Marketing Manager, who is currently leading both strategy and implementation. This role is designed to allow them to focus on strategy—so you’ll be instrumental in managing the hands-on delivery of marketing materials, digital content, and brand assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce print and digital marketing materials (brochures, signage, flyers, etc.)
- Amend and update floor plans for marketing collateral and online use
- Create social media graphics and content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Upload and manage listings on platforms such as REA and Domain
- Edit and retouch imagery for ads and digital use
- Assist in creating and sending regular eDMs and newsletters
- Work with project teams to gather content from project handovers, interiors, and build progress
- Collaborate with the social media agency on campaigns and content planning
- Contribute to an upcoming website refresh and ensure ongoing content updates
- Help review and refresh marketing materials every 3-6 months to keep branding fresh
What You’ll Bring
- A minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing and graphic design (residential construction industry preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Experience in managing social media platforms and basic ad content
- Basic understanding of CMS platforms (e.g. Hubspot)
- Great eye for design, layout, and branding consistency
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A positive, hands-on attitude and collaborative working style
