We are looking for experienced service industry professionals to join us this festive period on a fixed term contract from September through to March.
Richemont owns some of the world's leading luxury goods Maisons with particular strengths in jewellery, fine watches and premium accessories. In Oceania these include A. Lange & Söhne, Cartier, Chloe, IWC Schaffhausen, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Montblanc, Panerai, Piaget, Roger Dubuis, Vacheron Constantin, Van Cleef & Arpels.
Each Maison represents a proud tradition of style, quality and craftsmanship and Richemont seeks to preserve the heritage and identity of each of its Maisons. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
With your exceptional ability in developing and driving client relationships, you will be instrumental in:
- Providing unique and memorable client experiences
- Supporting the team in reaching their personal and team objectives
- Welcoming all clients and manage client flow by providing information about wait times, directing clients to appropriate waiting areas, and ensuring they are attended to by a member of the team.
- Assisting with various tasks during the sales process, including gift wrapping, personalization of items, and care service duties which may include bringing pieces to the floor, cleaning, and polishing.
- Maintaining the boutique in pristine condition, ensuring a clean, neat, and welcoming environment.
- Contributing to a positive team spirit by actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life whilst embracing our core values
- Being a proud Maison Ambassador

To Contribute To Team Success, You Will Have
- +3 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or service related roles
- A strong understanding of luxury standards and client expectations
- Experience in watch, jewelry and leather goods is beneficial but not essential; a passion for luxury creations and experiences is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
- A self-starter approach with a positive mindset balanced with a strong team spirit
- Excellent time management and the ability to quickly adapt to a fast pace environment, thriving under pressure
- Innovative ideas and never-ending creativity, you will contribute to pushing the boundaries of developing memorable events and client activations

- If your profile is shortlisted, our Talent Acquisition Team will share link for you to complete a short On-Line Application that includes both video and written answers from you
- If your online application is shortlisted, you'll be invited to attend an in person interview with our Boutique Management Team. You may also have the opportunity to speak with the HR / Head Office team, depending on the Maison.
- If your interviews are successful, you'll commence your journey with the team in September, after all required pre-employment screenings (including police checks) have been successfully completed.
