Senior Investment Regulatory Reporting Analyst

This new role is being established to lead the Investment Operations team’s delivery and implementation of the APRA’s Superannuation Data Transformation (SDT) Phase 2 Program as part of the wider Cbus project. The incumbent will leverage their existing experience in APRA reporting and investments to help successfully implement and deliver Cbus’ capability to report the new APRA forms which relate to Investments.
You will collaborate directly with the external vendors and service providers, as well as both the project team and Investment Operations team to source the required data elements and build out the new reporting forms.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investment Operations, you will also be responsible for helping establish the process for completion and reporting of the new APRA forms including robust controls and procedure documentation.
The successful applicant will have sound investment, financial market & product knowledge particularly in investment operations and regulations at an institutional level along with prior experience in APRA regulatory reporting along with a demonstrated understanding of current APRA reporting obligations, including the additional obligations as part of APRA’s Superannuation Data Transformation (SDT) Phase 2 Program is essential.
Your experience may come from within a superannuation fund, investment management company or custodian.
