Position
As a Site Foreman, you will oversee the day-to-day operations on Class 1 and Class 2 residential construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, to high-quality standards, and within schedule. You will coordinate trades, manage site logistics, and liaise closely with project managers and subcontractors to deliver exceptional homes and boutique residential developments.

Position

You will coordinate trades, manage site logistics, and liaise closely with project managers and subcontractors to deliver exceptional homes and boutique residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily site operations across high-end residential builds.
- Interpret and implement architectural and structural plans with a focus on detail and design intent.
- Coordinate trades and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedule.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and maintain high standards of workmanship and finishes.
- Ensure strict compliance with WHS legislation, site safety, and company policies.
- Monitor progress against construction programs and report issues to the Project Manager.
- Manage materials, deliveries, and site inventory.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Foreman on high-end residential projects.
- Proven track record delivering Class 1 (single dwellings) and Class 2 (multi-unit/apartment buildings) constructions.
- Carpentry trade background.
- Current NSW White Card and valid driver’s license.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Sound knowledge of the BCA (Building Code of Australia) and NCC (National Construction Code).
