This Government body works with people with disability, providers, and the community to deliver nationally consistent, responsive, and effective regulation of service providers. They seek to uphold the rights of, and promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of people with disability receiving supports or services.
The Role:
As an EL1 Service Designer, you will lead a strategic digital communications initiative aimed at improving how the agency engages with its clients and stakeholders through email and SMS. Your work will help deliver clear, timely, and accessible messaging by optimising the digital marketing ecosystem and aligning it with key participant and user needs.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Lead a program to optimise digital marketing services, focusing on accessibility and impact
- Document the current state using service design blueprints, design thinking, and research
- Identify pain points in the participant, staff, and process experience
- Manage service/process design improvements at conceptual and tactical levels
- Advocate for participant and stakeholder voices in all design work
- Facilitate co-design sessions and test future service experiences
- Apply knowledge of agency roles to ensure consistent, inclusive communications
- Improve consistency and quality across all digital marketing products
- 10+ years in service/process design in complex customer environments
- Experience with service design in digital marketing (app, website, CRM, multi-platform CX)
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement in complex environments
- Understanding of digital marketing platform capabilities in service design
- Experience in government, social services, or similar sectors
