Your New Role

As a Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing change initiatives across the organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful implementation of change projects, enhancing our operational efficiency and achieving strategic goals.

In this role, you will:


  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Design and deliver training programs to support change initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to facilitate smooth transitions.


How do you exceed our expectations?

You will have proven experience in change management with a track record of successful change initiatives.

In addition, you will demonstrate:


  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are highly desirable
