We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, highly motivated, and creative Global Corporate Affairs Lead to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering an internal secondment opportunity. This is your chance to step into a global-facing, high-impact role that sits at the heart of Intrepid’s mission and 2030 Strategy.


As the Global Corporate Affairs Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering executive and stakeholder communications—both internal and external—at the highest level. Working closely with our CEO, senior leadership, and teams across the business, this role is central to protecting and enhancing Intrepid’s global reputation and driving forward our 2030 Strategy.


You'll collaborate cross-functionally with the Global PR & Communications and People teams and be instrumental in building a bold and consistent global corporate brand. A core focus will be amplifying the presence and thought leadership of our CEO and C-suite, delivering industry-leading corporate reporting, and strengthening our voice in key business circles. You’ll also take the lead in reputation management and incident response, including preparing strategic briefs and statements.


Reporting directly to the General Manager Corporate Affairs, you'll work in close partnership with our Corporate Communications and B2B Managers across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. You’ll also connect with senior team members in more than 28 offices around the world to help bring our 2030 Strategy to life—and achieve the ambitious goals that sit at the heart of it.


This is no ordinary corporate comms gig. As our Global Corporate Affairs Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping, protecting, and elevating Intrepid’s global reputation.


Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, PR, or a related field and previous experience working in corporate affairs, government affairs, or agency environment.
  • The ability to communicate strategically and work collaboratively with a range of teams and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and results.
  • Strong writing skills with a proven track record of delivering effective messaging while also being able to pivot to other digital platforms, including video.
  • You have a strong ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships within a global, fast-moving organisation.
  • You bring a solid understanding of the global corporate landscape and the key issues shaping markets today.
  • You know how to craft compelling, on-brand content for executives with different voices and styles always with a view to protect and enhance Intrepid’s reputation.
  • You have knowledge of ESG reporting or experience working within ESG frameworks in a corporate context.
