The Opportunity

We’re looking for dynamic and experienced project leader ready to drive meaningful change. In this role you will lead high-impact initiatives that align with our strategic goals and enhance the way we work across Berry Street Yooralla. The Project Manager, Business Transformation will play a pivotal role in delivering complex, cross-functional projects that support our organisational transformation agenda.

  • Full time, Permanent role

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation projects .
  • Apply best-practice methodologies in project management, change, and business analysis.
  • Develop high-quality visual presentations and communications to inform and engage key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, support functions and the executive team.
  • Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of delivery excellence.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with confidence and clarity.
  • Communicate progress and insights through high-quality reports and presentations.


About You

You’ll bring a hands-on approach to project management, change, and business analysis—ensuring outcomes are practical, sustainable, and aligned with our Berry Street Yooralla mission.

  • 8 years’ experience (minimum) leading and managing end-to-end large scale business transformation projects and the associated change.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify risks and issues to different parts of the organisation.
  • Proven capabilities in business analysis and effective change management.
  • Exceptional communication skills including the ability to present complex information simply and clearly.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a focus on outcomes.
  • Experience in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
