They're committed to delivering expert, hassle-free property services to clients across Queensland. As a Conveyancer, you'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end property transaction process while using cutting-edge legal tech to streamline workflows and provide exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and processing of contracts for sale and purchase of residential properties
Manage communication with clients, agents, solicitors, and financial institutions
Use the Online platform to track progress and maintain accurate records
Conduct title searches, prepare settlement figures, and lodge documents electronically
Ensure all transactions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and timeframes
Provide timely updates and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process
Liaise with senior lawyers and conveyancers to ensure quality assurance and legal compliance
About You
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in conveyancing or property law support
Strong understanding of Queensland property conveyancing practices
Tech-savvy and confident using legal platforms and digital tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and client service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple files simultaneously
