Solutions Architect

Overview

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the delivery of a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative which encompasses ERP, CRM, and document management systems.

This role is suited to someone who can step confidently into a technical lead position, driving end-to-end solution design across complex systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary architectural advisor across multiple program workstreams, ensuring cohesive and scalable solution design
• Conduct technical assessments and refine solution blueprints to support business objectives and system interoperability
• Identify design limitations or architectural risks and implement mitigation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders
• Oversee the technical delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment between solution design, build, and deployment activities
• Facilitate collaboration between internal engineering teams, external vendors, and program stakeholders to drive outcomes
• Support integration planning and ensure seamless data and process flows across ERP, CRM, and supporting systems
• Maintain documentation of architectural decisions, frameworks, and standards in alignment with enterprise architecture governance

About You

• Demonstrated expertise in solution design and architecture within complex, enterprise-level environments
• Proven experience working across large-scale ERP or business system transformations
• Strong understanding of system interoperability, data flows, and architectural patterns in integrated ecosystems
• Adept at translating business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions
• Skilled at engaging with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to align on technical direction
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise at all levels of the organisation
• Experienced with platforms such as Workday and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM is advantageous but not essential
