We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to partner with operational and head office management to provide expert advice, analysis and ongoing commercial support. The position is part of a team of high performing finance professionals who seek solutions to outperform targets, driving KPI performance and profitability across the business.


About the role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and implementing annual budget including maintaining the budget model, assisting business units with analysis and process, and ensuring timely input of information from all stakeholders
  • Managing the financial and operational re-forecast on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Actively managing business performance against budget
  • Reviewing P&L’s, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability
  • Managing the implementation of yearly fee increases ensuring timely input from all business units
  • Ensuring systems are established and maintained to manage and support short-term bottom-up forecasting, particularly of revenue and wages
  • Providing financial and operational information, analysis and direction on centre operations that require attention from key stakeholders
  • Offering support and guidance to Management, seeking initiatives to outperform targets and mitigating risks
  • Collaborating with the Operations and Marketing teams to provide strategic, forward looking financial insights for the business to help drive growth
  • Delivering cost efficiencies through improved visibility, wage control, roster analysis and optimisation recommendations
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to support ongoing coaching and financial management capabilities across the business
  • Working with Data Analysts, develop and publish performance reports in Tableau to facilitate user self-service reporting and analysis


About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business / accounting or related field
  • Qualified Accountant or equivalent experience
  • Service industry experience analysing profitability and driving profit growth
  • Commercial Management / Financial Analyst experience
  • Practical experience partnering business operational teams
  • Large multisite experience preferred
