Roles & Responsibilities

  • Platform Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HAM/SAM, VRM.
  • Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of scalable sustainable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with industry and platform best practices.
  • Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and custom applications. Provide oversight and guidance to developers during implementation phases.
  • Integration: Design and implement integrations with external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP and other web services. Ensure seamless data exchange and end to end process automation.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform. Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution design and implementation
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Implementation Specialist is required. Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is preferred
  • Proven expertise in at least 3-4 ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HAM/SAM, VRM)
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting and Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mid Servers, etc)
  • Proven experience in designing workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI Policies and data models
  • Strong knowledge of platform governance, instance strategy and upgrade management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical designs
