The Role:

Based in our Sydney office, this role sits at the heart of our marketing operations, supporting campaigns, coordinating creative rollouts, and keeping schedules and logistics on track. You’ll work across a variety of projects, from POS and digital content to brand activations, helping ensure campaigns land smoothly in stores and online.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate the end-to-end rollout of in-store and digital campaigns
Manage campaign calendars, POS allocations, timelines, and approvals
Liaise with printers and vendors to deliver promotional materials on time
Brief creative teams and support the production of artwork and content
Help drive retail activations tailored to airport events and locations
Support digital screen content and help keep messaging current and aligned
Track requests, clarify briefs, and support improvements to workflow and process

What You Bring

1–2 years’ experience in a marketing coordination role
Solid excel and organisational skills (calendars, trackers, file management)
An eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a flexible, can-do attitude
Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally
Bonus points for experience in digital content, POS, or campaign delivery
