We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Receptionist Supervisor to oversee our team at one of premium corporate clients, based in Sydney, CBD!
The Role:
- A strong focus on providing and delivering a premium service
- Seamless organization and management operation
- Handling guest inquires and complaints while maintaining brand standards
- Ensuring a seamless flow of operations and assisting site manager
- Delivering and exceeding high level guest services
The Person:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a lead receptionist role.
- a passion for exceptional service with at leading from the front
- Advanced Microsoft suite experience
- A hands-on leader who can jump in and show how it is done
- Impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style
***As this is a full-time role, Full time Australian Workings rights are mandatory ***
