What In It For You
As an Administration Assistant, you will sit within the Client Relationship Management team, providing administrative support to the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Hybrid: This role requires you in the CBD office 3 days a week, 2 days a week WFH.
Skills And Experience
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in finance or novated leasing within the financial services sector.

As an Administration Assistant, you will sit within the Client Relationship Management team, providing administrative support to the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting essential administrative functions related to the Employer Support team including keying vehicle orders, raising purchase orders, booking deliveries etc.
- Providing general support and assistance with finance related matters such as quotes, leases, payout requests and end of lease processes.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborating effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Hybrid: This role requires you in the CBD office 3 days a week, 2 days a week WFH.
Skills And Experience
Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in finance or novated leasing within the financial services sector.
- Previous exposure in an administration or customer service role in finance or novated leasing.
- Sound understanding of and comfortable using Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail is crucial.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
